DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod y Gorchymyn a gyflwynwyd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf ar 26 Mawrth 2026 yn unol ag adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a fyddai wedi dod i ben ar 2 Hydref 2026 yn parhau ewn grym. Bydd y Gorchymyn yma, dan awdurdod Dirprwy Weinidog Trafnidiaeth, un gweithredu o dan awdurdod Gweinidog y Cabinet dros fenter, Cysylltedd ac Ynni, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wrth adfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 15(5) o'r Ddeddf, mewn grym hyd at ac yn cynnwys 1 Ebrill 2027

Llwybr Amgen i Gerddwyr
Yn ystod y cyfnod yma, rydyn ni'n cynghori cerddwyr i ddefnyddio'r llwybr amgen a ddarperir ar hyd ymyl y cae.

(FOOTPATH 20 LLANHARAN)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council on 26th March 2026 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) which would have expired on 2nd October 2026 has been continued in force under authority of the Deputy Minister for Transport, acting under the authority of the Cabinet Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy, one of the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers contained in section 15(5) of the Act and shall be o perative up to and including 1st April 2027
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following section of path:-
Temporary Footpath Closure
That part of the footpath which begins at the kissing gate located near Trenos Gardens, Llanharan, Pontyclun, CF72 9SZ (what3words: ///mirror.powers.quoted), and proceeds northwards across the field to the stile at what3words: ///durations.diverged.plantings, situated just south of the footbridge over the South Wales Main Line providing access to Brynna Woods
Alternative Route for pedestrians
During this closure, pedestrians are advised to use the alternative route provided along the field edge.
Access WILL NOT be maintained for emergency services.
The closure is necessary to ensure public safety and safety is maintained by redirecting users of the footpath down a safe route that bypasses the site compound and ongoing construction works on Persimmon Homes’ Llanilid Phase 3 and 4 development works
