WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981, SECTION 53A(2)
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DURHAM (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO. 10 AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 8 GREAT AYCLIFFE PARISH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2024
The County Council of Durham on 17th April 2024 confirmed the above Order. The Council has certified that the requirements set out in Article 2 of the Order have been complied with and, accordingly, the Order came into force on 19th August 2026. The Order brings into operation the diversion of Public Bridleway No. 10 and Public Footpath No. 8 in Great Aycliffe Parish from their existing alignments to the new routes shown on the confirmed order map. Details of the new footpath and bridleway as set out on the plan attached to the order, can be obtained by e-mailing highways.orders@durham.gov.uk
