Hysbysir drwy hyn ar 15/09/2026 bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wedi gwneud Gorchymyn trwy ymarfer ei bwerau o dan Adrannau 1 (1), 2 (1)(2), 4 (2)(3), 5 a Rhan IV Atodlen 9 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, y disgrifir eu heffaith yn Atodlenni’r Hysbysiad hwn.
Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn, a ddaw i rym ar 21/09/2026, a datganiad o resymau’r cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn, yn Adran yr Amgylchedd a Chynllunio, Depo Ffordd yr Abaty, Stad Ddiwydiannol Wrecsam, Wrecsam a Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol. THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM
(VARIOUS ROADS, COMPOSITE) ORDER NO.3 2026
Notice is hereby given that on 15/09/2026 Wrexham County Borough Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 4(2), 5 and 84 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules below. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 21/09/2026, and a statement of the council's reasons for making the Order may be examined at Environment and Planning Department, Abbey Road Depot, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham and Guildhall, Wrexham, during normal office hours. Wrexham County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2008 and The County Borough of Wrexham (Various Roads) (Speed Limits) Order 2013 are varied or revoked insofar as they relate to the lengths of road specified in the Schedules to this Notice. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
Schedule 1 - No Waiting at Any Time
Deeside, Holt - Both sides from its junction with The Cross, Holt, in an easterly direction for a distance of 20 metres.
Lilac Way, Offa - East side at the turning head at a point corresponding to the southern boundary of No. 28 Lilac way in a southerly direction for a distance of 10 metres.
Poplar Road, Penycae - North side from a point 32 metres west of its junction with Maes Teg in a westerly direction for a distance of 28 metres.
Schedule 2 - 30 miles per hour Speed Limit
A525 Ruthin Road, Bwlchgwyn - Both sides from a point 80 metres east of its junction with Cae Adar Lane (being the existing 20 miles per hour speed limit terminal point), extending for a distance of 252 metres in a south-easterly direction.
