Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 16 Medi 2026, a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r rhannau o ffyrdd y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlen isod. Dim ond un darn o ffordd fydd ar gau ar unrhyw un adeg.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso’r gwaith o roi wyneb newydd, a wneir gan Gyngor Sir Ddinbych.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd arwyddion ar y safle i ddynodi’r llwybrau amgen.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 5 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 18 Hydref 2026.

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
Notice Of Temporary Traffic Order - Various Roads Prion And Peniel Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 16 September 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below. Only one length of road will be closed at any one time.

The closure is necessary to facilitate resurfacing by Denbighshire County Council.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The alternative routes will be as signposted on site.

The Order is effective from 5 October 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 18 October 2026.

Lengths Of Road At Prion And Peniel In The County Of Denbigh

1. The entire length of the Class III Road known as Prion Isaf to Prion, Peniel.

2. The entire length of the Class III Road known as Tan y Garth to Rhewl Valley, Peniel.

3. The entire length of the Class III Road known as Junction with B4501 to Tan y Garth, Peniel.

4. The entire length of the unclassified road known as Ty Cerrig to Pen y Garth, Prion.

5. The entire length of the unclassified road known as Ty Cerrig to Rhewl Valley junction, Prion.
