(Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to permit temporarily management measures to be installed while the Findon Sheep Fair takes place, as follows:
To introduce temporary one-way traffic restrictions on, School Hill (eastwards only) Nepcote Lane (south-eastwards only) Nepcote (from Nepcote Lane, southwards and westwards to the A24) and; To temporarily prohibit waiting at any time on lengths of the following roads as set out by local signage: High Street, Horsham Road, Nepcote Lane.
These restrictions are needed to manage traffic safely during the Findon Sheep Fair.
The Order will come into effect on 12 September 2026 only and is expected to be in operation between 0730 and 1730.
During the operative periods of this Order alternative routes for vehicles will be indicated on site and traffic managed by marshals. Access to properties on the affected length of road will be maintained at all times.

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC in exercise of its powers under Section 46A Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure)
(England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to vary the Charges and Tariffs detailed in the Second Schedule of the WSCC (Worthing) (Parking Places and Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2007.

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC in exercise of its powers under Section 46A Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to vary the Charges for parking bay suspensions detailed in the Second Schedule of the WSCC (Adur District) (Parking Places & Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2009. The new charges are set out in the table above.
The new charges shown above will come into operation on 1 October 2026.
This Notice only applies to the charges above and in all other respects the provisions of the WSCC (Worthing) (Parking Places and Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2007 and the WSCC (Adur District) (Parking Places & Traffic Regulation) Order 2009 will remain in force.
