RHYBUDD O ORCHYMYN GWAHARDD TRAFFIG DRWODD DROS DRO

DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984 – ADRAN 14(1)

Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 16 Medi 2026, sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Beverley Drive, Prestatyn yn Sir Ddinbych, sy’n ymestyn i gyfeiriad y dwyrain o’r gyffordd â Milmor Way am bellter o oddeutu 130 metr.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn caniatáu i Networks Plus wneud gwaith trydanol.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Beverley Drive, Overton Avenue a Milmor Way.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 5 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 9 Hydref 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 16 September 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of Beverley Drive Prestatyn in the County of Denbigh which extends eastwards from its junction with Milmor Way for a distance of approximately 130 metres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate electrical works by Networks Plus.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The alternative route will be via Beverley Drive Overton Avenue and Milmor Way.

The Order is effective from 5 October 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 9 October 2026.
