DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod y Gorchymyn a gyflwynwyd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf ar 28 Mawrth 2025 yn unol ag adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a fyddai wedi dod i ben ar 30 Medi 2026 yn parhau ewn grym. Bydd y Gorchymyn yma, dan awdurdod Dirprwy Weinidog Trafnidiaeth, un gweithredu o dan awdurdod Gweinidog y Cabinet dros fenter, Cysylltedd ac Ynni, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wrth adfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 15(5) o'r Ddeddf, mewn grym hyd at ac yn cynnwys 30 Mawrth 2027

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau'r rhan ganlynol o'r llwybr ceffylau dros dro:-

Llwybr Ceffylau 44 Llanbedr-ar-fynydd - Y rhan honno o'r llwybr ceffylau sy'n cychwyn 190 metr i'r gogledd o Stryd y Jiwbilî, Llanharan (cyfeirnod grid SS99958304) ac sy'n mynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd am bellter o 24 metr gan groesi'r rheilffordd ac yn dod i ben yng nghyfeirnod grid SS99958305 tua 150 metr i'r gorllewin o Orsaf Drenau Llanharan

Llwybr Amgen – dylai cerddwyr ddefnyddio’r rhwydwaith priffyrdd presennol yn ystod y cyfnod yma.

Fydd DIM mynediad ar gyfer cerbydau'r gwasanaethau brys

Rhaid cau'r llwybr oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd gan nad yw'r groesfan reilffordd yn ddiogel.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

(BRIDLEWAY 44 PETERSON-SUPER-MONTEM)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council on 28th March 2025 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) which would have expired on 30th September 2026 has been continued in force under authority of the Deputy Minister for Transport, acting under the authority of the Cabinet Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy, one of the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers contained in section 15(5) of the Act and shall be operative up to and including 30th March 2027

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following section of bridleway:-
Temporary Bridleway Closure

Bridleway 44 Peterson-Super-Montem - That part of the bridleway that commences 190 metres north of Jubilee Street, Llanharan at grid reference SS99958304 and proceeds north for 24 metres crossing the railway line, to terminate at grid reference SS99958305 approximately 150 metres west of Llanharan Railway Station

Alternative Route – pedestrians are advised to use existing highway network.

Access for emergency services WILL NOT be maintained.

The closure is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to an unsafe level crossing
