What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(LINDRIDGE ROAD, SUTTON REDDICAP)
(30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce a 30mph Speed Limit on a length of LINDRIDGE ROAD.
The Order will come into operation on 18th September 2026.
A copy of the Order together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons will be made available on request. (Contact Yin Liu Tel: 0121 675 4409: email: yin.liu@birmingham.gov.uk).
If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 17th September 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
