What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(OSCOTT ROAD, PERRY BARR)
(TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be to introduce Residents Permit Parking restrictions on lengths of OSCOTT ROAD, PERRY BARR.
The Order will come into operation on 18th September 2026.
A copy of the Order together with the plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons will be made available on request. (Contact Iain Aiken email: iain.aiken@birmingham.gov.uk or Karl Randall Tel: 07766 924044).
If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 17th September 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
