TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public Byway BA15/3 commencing from a junction with Priory Lane at ST68036269 and proceeding in a generally SSE direction for approx 464m to a junction with Wilmington Hill at ST68226231.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be carrying out surface improvement works.
The Order will come into force on 19th October 2026 and will be effective for two months.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Priory Lane – Church Lane – Public Byway BA15/14 – Wilmington Hill. Vice Versa.
