The Lewisham (Charged for Parking Places) (Consolidation) (Amendment No *) Order 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The Council of the London Borough of Lewisham proposes to make the above Traffic Management Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The effect of these proposals will be, in Lee Terrace, to:
(a) introduce a 23-metre shared-use (paid-for or zone BHA permit holders) parking place on the north-west side outside Nos 51 to 57. There would be a maximum stay of 4 hours for vehicles paying to park;
(b) introduce a 37-metre zone BHA permit holders parking place on the north-west side extending from outside No 57 to the side of Nos 1 to 30 The Lawns; and
(c) prohibit waiting by vehicles at any time on the south-east side, from opposite the side of Nos 1 to 30 The Lawns to opposite No. 57.
3. Where a new restriction has been imposed in this Notice, any existing restrictions will be revoked, unless otherwise specified.
4. Copies of the draft Order, plans and Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be viewed either through the lewisham.traffweb.app website or obtained by emailing a request to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk quoting reference ‘PTO1117’
5. Any objection or other representations relating to the proposed traffic orders and parallel crossing must be made in writing and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and must be emailed to: trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk or posted to Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, 4th Floor Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU, quoting reference PTO1117 to arrive by 16 October 2026. Any objection may
be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
6. All written representations received concerning Traffic Regulation Orders are public documents that may be inspected by any person on demand.
