DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (ADDITION OF A FOOTPATH FROM
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 2 TO PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 4 – PARISH OF WINSTER)
MODIFICATION ORDER 2026

The above Order made on 20 August 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by varying the particulars of:
Footpath in the Parish of Winster from Point A on Public Footpath No. 2 (Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (“GR”) SK 2412 6073) proceeding in a generally northwestern direction to Public Footpath No. 4 at Point B (GR SK 2400 6084), a distance of 160 metres or thereabouts, with a width of 2 metres

Documents can also be seen free of charge at County Hall, Matlock, during normal office hours where copies may be bought at the price of £1.00 or at Matlock Library, 8 Steep Turnpike, Matlock DE4 3DP, during normal opening hours.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Director of Legal Services at the address below or by email to

not later than Thursday, 29 October 2026, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Derbyshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
