What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
Town and Country Planning (DMPO) (England) 2015 Notice under Article 15, (LB & CA) Regulations & Act 1990, & (EIA) Regulations 2017. 

Notice is hereby given that the council has received the following applications which affect a listed building, are within a conservation area, are major development, EIA development or represent a departure from the development plan. 

Details are available at Church Square House, 30-40 High Street, Scunthorpe DN15 6NL or at www.northlincs.gov.uk/planning. Comments should be made within 21 days of this notice, preferably online.

Belton PA/2026/1007 & PA/2026/925 replacement of windows and doors, 107 High Street Ulceby PA/2026/914 change of use of Oakroyd to two flats and serviced accommodation with four bedrooms and the erection of two detached dwellings, Oakroyd, West End Road Crowle PA/2026/985 installation of roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, Fernlea, 6 Woodland Avenue Worlaby PA/2026/789 erect a 8.5m x 12m garage, Worlaby House, Middle Barn Hill Killingholme PA/2026/807 (EIA) construction and operation of a Carbon Capture Plant, Land on Killingholme B Power Station and CLdn Ports Killingholme Terminal

EIA comments should be made within 30 days of this
notice.
