What is happening?

WEST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
Notice under section 73
Town and Country Planning Act 1990,
Hazardous Substances Act 1990

WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:

a) WL/2026/00805: Gainsborough: Wright: Miller Court, Bridge St: consent for repairs to lucum structure.

b) WL/2026/00809: Cherry Willingham: L & C Shackleton: Land at 24 High St: outline to erect 2 dwellings - access to be considered.

c) WL/2026/00810: Scampton: Mr C Bowser: Land at 11 High St: erect 1 dwelling with garage. (affects right of way)

d) WL/2026/00811: Dunholme: Mr Mackrill: 7 Ashing Lane: erect replacement dwelling (affects right of way)

e) WL/2026/00817: Gainsborough: Mr L Matthews: Trinity Arts Centre, Trinity St: discharge conditions 9, 10 & 11 of WL/2026/00026.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. 

Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
