PEMBROKESHIRE COAST NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY PUBLIC FOOTPATH SP46/1, MONKSTONE IN THE COMMUNITY OF ST MARY OUT LIBERTY (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority on the 10th September 2025, the effect of which is to prohibit traffic on foot from proceeding along public footpath SP46/1 from its junction with the Pembrokeshire Coast Path (OS Grid Reference SN 1447 0324) and proceeding to the beach for 154 metres (OS Grid Reference SN 1454 0315) would have expired on the 12th of September 2026 but has been continued in force with the approval of the Welsh Government. The order is required to safeguard the public due to the path damaged by a landslip and coastal erosion. There is no alternative route. The extension to the order will remain in force until the 12th of March 2027.
PEMBROKESHIRE COAST NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY PUBLIC FOOTPATH PP15/15 (PART) ST. ANNES HEAD, IN THE COMMUNITY OF DALE, PEMBROKESHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority on the 16th March 2026, the effect of which is to prohibit traffic on foot from proceeding along public footpath PP15/15 from the roadside near Coastguard Cottages, St. Anne’s Head (OS Grid Reference SM 80521 03156) and proceeding in a generally Northerly direction for approximately 1,107m to a point on the coast path at Frenchman’s Bay (OS Grid Reference SM 80092 03836) would have expired on the 16th of September 2026 but has been continued in force with the approval of the Welsh Government. The order is required due to the likelihood of danger to the public caused by coastal erosion. The alternative route follows the local road network and a permissive path at Kete, as indicated by signage on site. The extension to the order will remain in force until the 16th of March 2027.
