APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

UK Haidilao PTE Ltd is applying for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence at Haidilao, 1A Spiceal Street, Birmingham, B5 4BH.

If GRANTED the application will allow:
The provision of Late Night Refreshment indoors during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 23:00 to 00:00
Friday: 23:00 to 01:00
Saturday: 23:00 to 01:00
Sunday: 23:00 to 00:00.

The opening hours of the premises to be varied to:
Monday to Thursday: 11:00 to 00:00
Friday: 11:00 to 01:00
Saturday: 11:00 to 01:00
Sunday: 11:00 to 00:00.

No variation is sought to the existing permitted hours for the sale or supply of alcohol.

The variation does not seek to change the premises plan.

The variation seeks to amend the existing Annex 2 conditions referring to public access and egress between 11.00 and 23.00 and to litter/waste controls during the hours of operation between 11.00 and 23.00, so that those conditions apply during the permitted opening hours of the premises. These are amendments to existing conditions and are not additional conditions. All other existing conditions remain unchanged.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 04/10/2026. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
