Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984- Section (14.1)
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.
Houndsden Road N21
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date: "Between 08:00-18:00hrs on 24 September 2026 for 1 day or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking on this road from a point between Nos. 42/44-19 on both sides of the road.
Hertford Road EN3
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "Between 09:30am – 15:00pm on 27 September 2026 for 1 day or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Close the northbound cycle lane outside Nos. 525 to 533 Hertford Road.
Wellington Road EN1
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 28 September 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking on this road from a point between Nos. 43/45-51 on both sides of the road.

- Suspend parking on the south side of this road between Hertford Road and Rossdale Drive.
Rossdale Drive
- Close this road and suspend parking at its junction with Galliard Road, southwards for approximately 30m.
South Lodge Drive, Carlton Avenue N14
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "Between 09:30 to 15:30pm on 28 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed."
The Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
South Lodge Drive
- Suspend parking, north side between Nos. 60/62-66; and
Carlton Avenue
- Suspend parking from its junction with South Lodge Drive for approximately 30m on both sides of the road.

Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 28 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Suspend parking on both sides of the road, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 4 and 6 to the junctions with Richmond Crescent and Sutherland Road and to close the footway, west side, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 4 and 6 to the junctions with Richmond Crescent and Sutherland Road.
Church Street N9
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time on 28 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking on the south side of Church Street N9, between Nos. 153-151.

- Close this road and suspend parking - whole road.
Aden Road
- Close this road and suspend parking - whole road.
Jeffreys Road
- Close this road and suspend parking - whole road.
Fairgreen, Fairgreen East
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 29 September 2026 for 6 months or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Fairgreen
- Close this road on the northern half of the roundabout adjacent to Nos. 38A to 40 Fairgreen; and
- Suspend parking between No. 38A and No. 8 Fairgreen.
Fairgreen East
- Suspend parking on this road between No. 16 Fairgreen East and the junction with Cockfosters Road.
Leighton Road EN1
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 30 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking on the east side of this road, between the common boundary of Nos. 115 and 117/119.
Brodie Road EN2
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 30 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking on this road, from its junction with Brigadier Hill to outside No 1 on both sides of the road.
