Publicity for Applications

Sports Pavilion. Ellerslie Drive/Helen’s Terrace, Kilmarnock - 26/0320/PP - Change of use of former sports pavilion (Class 11) to place of worship (Class 10).

Former St Johns Church, 84 Wardneuk Drive, Kilmarnock - 26/0404/PP - Change of Use, Alterations and Extension of Former Church ( Class 10) to Form Gym ( Class 11). 

Kirkwood Farm, Stewarton - 26/0443/PP - Erection of new dwelling.

Land at Glenouther Moor, Stewarton, East Ayrshire - 26/0454/PP - Erection of five wind turbines (up to 200m in height) with associated infrastructure, including access tracks, temporary laydown areas, underground cabling, an onsite substation, watercourse crossings, conifer felling, and temporary construction compound. 

Deadline: 03/10/2026

For those applications which have been the subject of Pre-Application Consultation between the Applicant and the Community (and which are indicated as “PAC”), persons wishing to make representations in respect of the application should do so to the Planning Authority in the manner indicated.

All applications can be viewed online via the Council website (www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/eplanning). Written comments and electronic representations may be made to the Chief Planning Officer via submittoplanning@east-ayrshire.gov.uk before the appropriate deadline.

Please note that comments received outwith the specified period will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, which will be a question of fact in each case.
