Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 a Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Mae natur y cyfyngiadau a theitlau’r gorchmynion arfaethedig hefyd wedi eu disgrifio yn yr Atodlen honno.

Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2026 (Cydgrynhoi) (Diwygiad Rhif 14) Gorchymyn 2026 yn cynnig:

(i)Eich atal rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg a rhag llwytho (dydd Llun i ddydd Gwener 08:30am - 09:15am a 14:15pm - 15:15pm) yn:
(a)Cyntwell Avenue, Caerau
-Ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin, o'r gyffordd â'r Ffordd
Fynediad i Ysgol Gynradd Pencaerau (ger Rhif 31 Cyntwell Avenue) am 7 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain ac o'r gyffordd â Cyntwell Avenue (Ffordd Fynediad y Gogleddorllewin) hyd at y gyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad i Ysgol Gynradd Pencaerau (ger Rhif 31 Cyntwell Avenue)
-Ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o bwynt 18 metr i'r de-orllewin o'r gyffordd â Cyntwell Crescent i bwynt 15 metr i'r gogleddddwyrain o'r un gyffordd

(b)Ffordd Fynediad i Ysgol Gynradd Pencaerau (ger Rhif 31 Cyntwell Avenue), Caerau: Ar y ddwy ochr, o’r gyffordd â Cyntwell Avenue am 8 metr i'r gogledd-orllewin.

(c)Cyntwell Avenue (Ffordd Fynediad y Gogledd-orllewin), Caerau: Ar ochr y gogledd-ddwyrain, o’r gyffordd â Cyntwell Avenue am 7 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin.

(d)Cyntwell Crescent, Caerau: Ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Cyntwell Avenue am 11 metr i'r de-ddwyrain.

(ii)Eich atal rhag stopio o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener 08:00am - 16:30pm yn Cyntwell Avenue ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin, o bwynt 7 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'i ffordd fynediad i Ysgol Gynradd Pencaerau (ger Rhif 31 Cyntwell Avenue) am 25.56 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain.

NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS
FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF

Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers intends to impose traffic restrictions on the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below. The nature of the restrictions and the titles of the proposed orders are also described in the said Schedule.

Details of the proposals and plans showing the location and extent of the proposed restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations relating to the orders must be submitted in writing on or before 07/10/2026 or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. This document is available in Welsh/Mae’r ddogfen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg.

SCHEDULE
The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2026 (Amendment No 14) Order 2026 proposes to:-

(i)Prevent you from waiting Any Time and No Loading (Monday to Friday 08:30am - 09:15am and 14:15pm - 15:15pm) in:

(a)Cyntwell Avenue, Caerau
-On its north west side, from its junction with the Access Road to Pencaerau Primary School (adjacent to No. 31 Cyntwell Avenue) for a distance of 7 metres north east and from its junction with Cyntwell Avenue (Northwest Access Road) to its junction with the access road to Pencaerau Primary School (adjacent to No. 31 Cyntwell Avenue) -On its south east side, from a point 18 metres south west of its junction with Cyntwell Crescent to a point 15 metres north east of the same junction

(b)Access Road To Pencaerau Primary School (adjacent to No. 31 Cyntwell Avenue), Caerau: On both sides, from its junction with Cyntwell Avenue for a distance of 8 metres north west. 

(c)Cyntwell Avenue (Northwest Access Road), Caerau: On its north east side, from its junction with Cyntwell Avenue for a distance of 7 metres north west.

(d)Cyntwell Crescent, Caerau: On both sides, from its junction with Cyntwell Avenue for a distance of 11 metres south east.

(ii)Prevent you from stopping Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm in Cyntwell Avenue on its north west side, from a point 7 metres north east of its access road to Pencaerau Primary School (adjacent to No. 31 Cyntwell Avenue) for a distance of 25.56 metres north east.
