Mae’r Cyngor wedi derbyn y ceisiadau canlynol ar gyfer Caniatâd Adeilad Rhestredig (L), Caniatâd Ardal Gadwraeth (C) neu geisiadau cynllunio ar gyfer datblygiadau mawr a/neu allent wyro oddi wrth y Cynllun Datblygu (D) neu sy’n effeithio hawl Tramwy Cyhoeddus (PRW). The Council has received the following applications for Listed Building Consent (L), Conservation Area Consent (C) or planning applications for major developments and/or which may be a departure from the Development Plan (D) or which affects a public right of way (PRW). Public internet access is available at the Council’s libraries. Representations should be sent to cynllunioplanning@conwy.gov.uk or to the postal address below within 21 days of the date of this publication.

• 0/53628 There is bulging in the parapet walls and spandrel walls. Additionally there has been a RTC causing one section of the parapet to collapse. Proposed works: Take down the parapet and spandrel walls; Take out the fill and expose the arch for inspection; Reconstruct the spandrel and parapet walls using the same stone - lightweight mass concrete fill (LC 16/18); Placement of concrete to ensure even loading of the arch barrel at all times; Reinstate the road. • 0/53630 The current proposal is for the addition of an interpretation panel and history points located at the north and south ends of the structure to educate and enhance its cultural heritage. There will be a portrait size A1 size interpretation panel and the very south of the structure and two history point panels with a scannable QR code and accessible information located at the north and south ends of the structure. These panels will provide information about the history of the colonnades (Listed Building Consent) - The Colonnades, Alex Munro Way, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 2LP (L).
