(U30117 Highfield Avenue, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U30117 Highfield Avenue from its junction with U30100 Evesham Rd for a distance of 30 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: No diversion due to cul-de-sac.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 18 September 2026.

(B4101 Beoley Lane/U23611 Holt Hill, Beoley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of: Closure 1 – B4101 Beoley Ln from its junction with U23611 Holt Hill for a distance of 95 metres in a north easterly direction. Closure 2 – U23611 Holt Hill from its junction with B4101 Beoley Ln to its junction with U23609 Chapel Ln.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: Closure 1 diversion – B4101 Beoley Ln (part), B4101 Broad Ln, A435 Broad Ln, A435 Alcester Rd, A4023 Coventry Highway, B4497 Paper Mill Dr, B4497 Icknield St, B4101 Church Hill and vice versa. Closure 2 diversion – B4101 Beoley Ln, U23608 Bleachfield Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.

Commencing: 19 September 2026.

(C2038 Astwood Lane/U30004 Crofts Lane, Astwood Bank) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1) C2038 Astwood Ln from its junction with U30015 Dark Ln to its junction with U30054 Priest Meadow Cl.

Closure 2) U30004 Crofts Ln from its junction with C2038 Astwood Ln for a distance of 75 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Civils and Cabling Works by Openreach.

Alternative route: Diversion for Closure 1: C2038 High St, B4090 Alcester Rd, B4090 Salt Way, B4092 Edgioake Ln, A441 Evesham Rd, C2038 Feckenham Rd and vice versa. Diversion for Closure 2: U30007 Blaze Ln, U30007 Feckenham Rd, U30005 Weavers Ln, U30005 Wadbury Hill, U30005 Dagtail Ln, A441 Evesham Rd, C2038 Church Rd, C2038 Astwood Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days (weekdays 09:00–14:30 and weekend 24 hrs). Commencing: 18 September 2026.

(U30015 Dark Lane, Astwood Bank) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U30015 Dark Ln from its junction with C2038 Astwood Ln for a distance of 40 metres in a south easterly direction.

Reason: Ducting works by Openreach.

Alternative route: U30015 Chestnut Rd, U30015 Avenue Rd, A441 Evesham Rd, C2038 Feckenham Rd, C2038 Astwood Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days (weekdays 09:00–14:30 and weekends 24 hrs). Commencing: 23 September 2026.

(U23212 Old Birmingham Road, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23212 Old Birmingham Rd from its junction with B4120 Roberts Corner Roundabout to its junction with U23211 Jays Cres.

Reason: Repairs to parapet following a road traffic collision by WCC.

No access for emergency services. Diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: B4120 Roberts Corner Roundabout, B4120 Redditch Rd, U23211 Jays Cres and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days.

Commencing: 12 October 2026.

(A441 The Ridgeway, Astwood Bank) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of A441 The Ridgeway from its junction with U43402 Church Ln to its junction with U43407 Wood Ln.

Reason: Footway Resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: A441 Ridgeway (part), A441 Evesham Rd into Warwickshire, A441 Evesham Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 days.

Commencing: 17 September 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
