Woodside - Amendment To Doctors Bay Operating Hours

Public Notice - The Bromley (Doctor Parking Places) Order 1997 - (Amendment No. 300) Order 2026 - (Woodside, Orpington) - T823

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY on 10th September 2026 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 21st September 2026.

The effect of the Order would be to amend the existing operating times of the ‘Doctors Bay’ from Mon-Fri 1:00pm – 2:00pm to Mon-Fri 8:30am – 6:30pm daily as set out in the Schedule 1 to this Notice.

Copies of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at: Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS, or by emailing: TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of the making the Order.

ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE 1: -
DOCTORS BAY:
Convert existing bay operating Monday to Friday between 1:00pm and 3:00pm to Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:30pm: -

WOODSIDE, Orpington: (a) west side
(i) from a point 20 metres north of the northwestern kerb line of Windsor Drive north westward for a distance of 21 metres.
