NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Fox Street from a point 1 metre south of its junction with Morely Street for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Fox Street from a point 1 metre south of its junction with Morely Street for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate Sewer monitoring work within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 16th September 2026 until 18:00 on the 16th September 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicles.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along River Street from its junction with Faulkner Street (the southerly carriageway) for a distance of 24 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate the maintenance of a United Utilities water service within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08.00 hours until 18.00 hours on 16th September 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicles

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily;
(i) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale ((Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Rochdale Township) Order 2008
Schedule No.3.1 Parking Bay Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 30 mins. No return within 30 mins Side of the road: East, from a point 25 metres north of its junction with Argyll Street for a distance of 17 metres in a northerly direction.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Baillie Street East from its junction with George Street for its entire length
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Baillie Street East from its junction with George Street for its entire length.
The Order is required to facilitate roof repairs within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 1st October 2026 until 23:59 on the 1st October 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicles.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along George Street from a point 20 metres south of its junction of its junction with Ramsay street to a point 20 metres north of its junction with Ramsay Street.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along George Street from a point 20 metres south of its junction of its junction with Ramsay street to a point 20 metres north of its junction with Ramsay Street.
The Order is required to facilitate roof repairs to the Mill within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 1st October 2026 until 23:59 on the 1st October 2026.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Entwisle Road, Nile Street, Ramsay Street, Kitchen Street, Norreys Street & vice versa.
(THE ESPLANADE, ROCHDALE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along The Esplanade from its junction with St Mary’s Gate in a easterly direction for a distance of 20 metres.
The Order is required to facilitate a crane lift within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative for one night on either 4th October from 17:00 to 05:00 on 5th October or 11th October from 17:00 to 05:00 on 12th October or 18th October from 17:00 to 05:00 on 19th October.
The above dates are weather dependent & the actual start date will be signed on site prior to works taking place.
Due to the nature of the works there will be no alternative route for vehicles, a marshal will be placed on site to allow safe access & egress to the car parks
(DANE STREET, ROCHDALE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES ORDER ONE WAY WORKING)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Dane Street from a point 148 metres west of its junction with Manchester Road for a distance of 20 metres in a westerly direction in so far as vehicles travelling in an easterly direction will not be affected.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Dane Street from a point 148 metres west of its junction with Manchester Road for a distance of 20 metres in a westerly direction in so far as vehicles travelling in an easterly direction will not be affected The Order is required to facilitate multiple gas leaks within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00hrs on the 26th September 2026 until 23:59 on the 11th October 2026 or when the job is complete whichever is the sooner.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Dane Street, College Road, Spotland Road, St Mary’s Gate, Dane Street.
