What is happening?
TRAFFIC ORDER
On 07/09/26, Angus Council made The Angus Council (Adamston Road, Dronley) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Waiting) Order 2026, under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, so as to permit electricity works. The Order will come into force on 15/09/26 from which date it is anticipated that the work will last for a period of 15 days. However, the maximum duration in terms of the Act is 18 months. The effect of the Order is to prohibit the driving and waiting of vehicles on Adamston Road (B954 - C10) over its entire length. The alternative route for vehicular traffic is via B954 Muirhead – Alyth and Balshando – Denhead (C10). The reverse route applies. Access for pedestrians, emergency vehicles and vehicular access to properties will be maintained. Full details of the Order are available at www.angus.gov.uk/trafficorders
