CATEGORY A – Applications for Planning Permission under
Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Ref: 39706/APP/2026/365 Proposed development at: Land Between NG Laleham Substation & Manor Farm Slough, Out of Borough. I give notice that Quod is applying for Planning Permission for: Installation of underground and ground mounted structures to support electrical connection and communication cables with temporary construction compounds, and associated infrastructure and works.

Proposal: Conversion of existing semi-detached dwellinghouses to 4x1 bed flats, erection of double storey rear extensions, erection of a front and rear dormer, rooflights, and amendments to fenestration, to include associated landscaping and, parking and cycle storage (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip: Manor Way Conservation Area).

Ref: 12385/APP/2026/2064 Old Orchard Lodge Cottage, Park Lane, Harefield. Proposal: Erection of a temporary access track (additional 12 months) (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Harefield Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 165/APP/2026/1735 45 The Greenway, Uxbridge. Proposal: Erection of a single storey side/rear extension, and part first floor extension (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of The Greenway, Uxbridge Conservation Area).

Any representations on the applications should be submitted in writing to Planning Services, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW, quoting the relevant reference number or online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by email to applicationsprocessingteam@hillingdon.gov.uk.
