PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 032) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Friday 11th September 2026, Buckinghamshire Council will make the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order is to introduce a disabled bay in Drayton Parslow as listed below.

This Order will come into effect on Friday 11th September 2026. A copy of the Order can be viewed on the Council’s website: https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com/ and by accessing our digital Traffic Regulation Order platform – https://buckinghamshire.traffweb.app/.
If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Friday 11th September 2026, by applying to the High Court.
