What is happening?

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwneud GORCHYMYN (GWAHARDD TRAFFIG TRWODD) DROS DRO dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 O 23/09/2026 i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r darn hwnnw o’r Ffordd Fynediad yng Nghefn 103 Prince Charles Road, Parc Caia o’r gyffordd â Chylchfan Kingsley Circle tua’r de am 25m i alluogi O’Connor Utilities ar ran Scottish Power gloddio a gosod ceblau newydd yn y droedffordd a’r lôn gerbydau.

Nid oes llwybr dargyfeirio i’r rhan o’r ffordd a gaiff ei chau. Bydd mynediad yn cael ei gynnal lle bo’n bosib.

Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad bara am 7 wythnos (13/11/26), neu nes y caiff y gwaith ei gwblhau os yn gynt, a gallai bara hyd at 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 23/09/2026 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of the Access Road to the Rear of 103 Prince Charles Road, Caia Park from its junction with Kingsley Circle Roundabout in a southerly direction for a distance of 25m to enable O’Connor Utilities on behalf of Scottish Power to excavate and install new cables in the footway and carriageway. There is no diversion route for the section of road to be closed. Access will be maintained where possible.

The prohibition is expected to last for 7 weeks (13/11/26), or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
