NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the abovementioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the proposed Orders would be to introduce: (a) two electric vehicle (EV) bays on: LADY MARGARET ROAD the south-east side opp Nos. 496-498 Lady Margaret Road; MANOR ROAD the north-east side, near its junction with Drayton Avenue; MONATGUE ROAD, the east side, near its junction with St Stephens Road; (b) four EV bays on: ALLENDALE ROAD the north-west side, near its junction with Whitton Avenue West; BORDARS ROAD the south-east side, near its junction with Copley Close; COWGATE ROAD the north-west side, opp Nos. 45-51 Cowgate Road; HAVEN LANE the north-west side, near its junction with Woodville Road; NEWBURY WAY, the north-western side, outside Nos. 16-20 Newbury Way; PERIWOOD CRESCENT the west side, opp Oakhanger House; PRINCES GARDENS the south west side, near its junction with Pitshanger Lane; REGINA ROAD the northwest side, near its junction with Westfield Road; TEES CRESCENT, the south side, near its junction with Conway Crescent.
3. Further effects of the proposed Orders would be to amend the designation of existing parking places on a length of: (a) BORDARS ROAD (limited waiting) - Zone BB; (b) MONATGUE ROAD (permit) - Zone HH; (c) LADY MARGARET ROAD (stop & shop+) - Zone L; (d) MANOR ROAD (permit) - Zone NN; (e) HAVEN LANE (permit) - Zone W; (f) REGINA ROAD (permit) - Zone WE, to accommodate the proposed EV bays changes.
4. The proposed Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
5. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P011-26 until the 7 October 2026. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
