THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC) (VARIATION NO 20) ORDER 2026 - TO/R5.3.199

Midlothian Council on 7 September 2026 made the above Order, which comes into force on 28 September 2026. The Order applies Double Yellow Line restrictions to a section of Gibraltar Road in Dalkeith. Details may be examined from 10 September to 19 October 2026 at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, at Libraries or from david.chambers@midlothian.gov.uk.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order or of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of such Act or of any relevant regulation has not been complied with, may within six weeks from 7 September 2026 apply for this purpose to the Court of Session.

THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC) (VARIATION NO _) ORDER 202_ - TO/R5.3.148

The Council proposes to apply single yellow line restrictions on a section of Maryburn Road, Easthouses. To assist refuse collections, parking will not be allowed on Fridays between 07:00 and 15:00.

THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (CASTELL MAYNES AVENUE, BONNYRIGG) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 TTRO/R 5.4.359

Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate service connections for the adjacent Taylor Wimpey development, Castell Maynes Avenue will be closed from No. 27 to No. 29. The Order has effect on 21 September 2026 and shall remain in force up to and including 18 October 2026. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Only access to Nos. 27 and 29 will be affected by the closure.

THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (DUNDAS CRESCENT, BROOMHILL DRIVE, BROOMHILL PARK, BELLFIELD AVENUE, DUNDAS ROAD, DUNDAS GROVE AND LARKFIELD ROAD, DALKEITH) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 TTRO/R 5.4.360

Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate carriageway resurfacing work, Dundas Crescent, Broomhill Drive, Broomhill Park, Bellfi eld Avenue, Dundas Road, Dundas Grove and Larkfi eld Road, Dalkeith will be closed on a rolling basis. The Order has effect on 14 September 2026 and shall remain in force up to and including 25 October 2026. Pedestrian access will be maintained and access for residents will be outwith the working day.
