TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2026
The Oldham Borough Council intend to make a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to continue in force the existing Temporary Order which is due to expire on 28 September 2026 and which prohibits vehicles from proceeding along that part of Dunbar Street, Oldham from a point 40 metres west of its junction with Onslow Close for a distance of 30 metres.
The Order is to be made to allow a storage area for local household decarbonisation measures and will be in force for 4 months from 29 September 2026, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
