THE THREE RIVERS DISTRICT COUNCIL

(ON-STREET PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING,

LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (NO.2) ORDER 2025

(HIGH ELMS LANE, GARSTON) (VARIATION) ORDER NO.4 2026

NOTICE is given that Three Rivers District Council, pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council, has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is to:

• Introduce Limited Waiting restrictions (Mon-Fri, 8am-9:30am, 2:30pm-4:30pm, Term Time Only, 10 minutes Max Stay, No Return within 10 minutes)

• Introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions

• Introduce No Stopping at Any Time restrictions

• Revoke No Waiting at Any Time restrictions

• Revoke Limited Waiting restrictions (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, 2 Hours Max Stay, No Return within 2 Hours)

• Introduce a definition for “term time”

The Order shall come into operation on 11 September 2026.

Copies may also be made available on request by contacting Transport & Parking Projects, Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
