THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 032) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Friday 11th September 2026, Buckinghamshire Council has made the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order is to introduce several Disabled Bays on roads across Buckinghamshire, as well as amending existing restrictions in Gerrards Cross, as listed below.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Friday 11th September 2026, by applying to the High Court.
