NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because installations of a meter, strainer and PRV are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: 1. From 00:00hrs 19 Sept to 23:59hrs 20 Sept 2026: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along North Parkway e/b between property no. 91 and its jct with Kentmere Ave. Diversionary route via Asket Ave, Asket Dr, Boggart Hill Dr, Kentmere Ave & North Parkway, and; A suspension of the no right turn restriction on the e/b carriageway of North Parkway outside property nos. 89 and 91. Diversionary route via the suspended right turn restriction outside property nos. 89 and 91, which will facilitate egress for properties between the jct with Asket Ave and property no. 89. 2. From 00:00hrs 19 Sept for 24 hours each day for the full duration of the Order: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to turn right from the w/b carriageway onto the e/b carriageway on North Parkway just after the jct with Kentmere Ave. Diversionary route available e/b on North Parkway to the jct of Bishops Way, continuing along North Parkway onto the w/b carriageway. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation at 00:00hrs 19 Sept 2026 and will remain in force for a max period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because new electric connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Moseley Wood Wy, Cookridge, Leeds in the Adel & Wharfedale Ward from its junction with Moseley Wood Ave to outside numbers 4 & 6 Moseley Wood Wy. No diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available but: Cul de Sac access for residents will be maintained; and Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Wednesday 16th September 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Easterly Rd, Amberton Rd, Amberton Place; and Amberton Place, Amberton Rd Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. (City Wide) Order 2025 Amendment Order No.41 2026 & (Various Traffic Movements) (City Wide Order) 2025 Amendment Order No.16 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35, 81, 84, 85, 87, 89 & 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) proposes to make the above Orders, the effect of which will be to introduce within the Beeston and Holbeck ward on Water Ln: Amend the No Waiting at Any Time sections, a Loading Bay maximum stay 20 minutes no return within 40 minutes, Designate Car Club Parking Bay, One-Way Restriction for all vehicles w/b between west of Silver St and E of Springwell Rd, mandatory Contra-Flow Cycle Lane sections, No left turns from Silver St into Water Ln (except for cycles).
