A89 GLASGOW ROAD, A89 COATBRIDGE ROAD AND OAKRIDGE ROAD, BARGEDDIE PROPOSED SPEED LIMIT ORDER 20**

North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a speed limit order on A89 Coatbridge Road, A89 Glasgow Road and Oakridge Road, Bargeddie.

Full details of the draft Traffic Regulation Order, which form the proposed North Lanarkshire Council (A89 Glasgow Road, A89 Coatbridge Road and Oakridge Road, Bargeddie) Proposed Speed Limit Order 20**, together with a statement of reasons and plans, are available for inspection on the website https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/your-community/working-communities/consultations or alternatively a hard copy is available for inspection during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, at the office of the Chief Officer (Legal, Democratic and Strategy), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB.

Any person wishing to make representations in support of, or raise an objection to, the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal, Democratic and Strategy), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 14 October 2026 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
