(CONSOLIDATION ORDER PROVIDING ON-STREET PARKING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS AND MIGRATION TO A ‘MAP-BASED’ FORMAT) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO. 26) ORDER 2025
SWALLOW LANE AND CENTURY VIEW, GOLCAR, HUDDERSFIELD
The Council of the Borough of Kirklees has made the above Order under their powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which, as it affects a lengths of roads in the Huddersfield area of the Kirklees district, will be to amend the Kirklees Council (Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation Order Providing On-Street Parking Places, Waiting, Loading And Stopping Restrictions and Migration to a ‘Map-Based’ Format) Order 2024 so as to:
Prohibit the waiting at any time on lengths of the following roads in Golcar, Huddersfield:
1. Swallow Lane
2. Century View
This Order was made on 08 September 2026 and will take effect on 15 September 2026.
A copy of this Order, together with the plan showing the affected lengths of road and a detailed statement of reasons for making the Order may be examined at:-

Any person wishing to challenge the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirements of that, or of any instrument made under it, have not been complied with may apply to the High Court within six weeks following 15 September 2026.
