(B4219 Cowleigh Park/Cowleigh Road, Cradley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Order made: To close that part of B4219 Cowleigh Park/Cowleigh Rd from its junction with C2207 Old Hollow for a distance of 945 metres in a north westerly direction until the boundary with Herefordshire.
Reason: Utility works by Openreach.
Alternative route: B4219 Cowleigh Rd, B4232 North Malvern Rd, A449 Worcester Rd, B4503 Newtown Rd, B4503 Leigh Sinton Rd, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Lower Interfields, B4503 Malvern Rd, A4103 Leigh Sinton, A4103 Dragons Cross to Hereford Rd, A4103 Dragons Cross, A4103 Storridge into Herefordshire and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.
Commencing: 14 September 2026.
(U63200 Edith Walk, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) and the Malvern Urban District (Edith Walk) (Prohibition of Waiting, Waiting Restrictions and One-Way Traffic) Order 1965 (Temporary Suspension (Part)) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of U63200 Edith Walk from its junction with A449 Belle Vue Terrace for a distance of 40 metres in an easterly direction and to temporarily part suspend the Malvern Urban District (Edith Walk) (Prohibition of Waiting, Waiting Restrictions and One-Way Traffic) Order 1965 on Edith Walk to allow for access to residents and businesses for the duration of the notice.
Reason: Utility work by STW.
Alternative route: B4211 Church St, C2232 Graham Rd.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.
Commencing: 5 October 2026.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Various Roads, Upton Upon Severn) (40 mph Speed Limit) (Proposal and Revocation) Order 2026
On 27 August 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Upton Upon Severn to 40 miles per hour:
B4211: From its junction with A4104 Welland Road in a southerly direction to a point 35m north of its junction with U61208 Stanks Lane.
UC61209 (Wheatley Lane): From its junction with B4211 in a north easterly direction for a distance of 120 metres.
UC61210 (Monsell Lane): From its junction with A4104 (Welland Road) in a southerly direction for a distance of 95 metres.
UC61212 (Old Welland Road): For its entire length.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 17 September 2026.

(B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, Leigh Sinton)
(30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2026
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to extend the speed limit on the following length of road in Leigh Sinton to 30 miles per hour:
B4503 Leigh Sinton Road: for a distance of 81.3 metres from the north side of the junction with Devereux Drive in a south westerly direction. Current Limit National speed limit and proposed Limit 30mph.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(Footpath RP-548, Ripple) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 26 March 2026 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath RP-548, Ripple from its junction with Footpath RP-529 and Footpath RP-546 (Grid Ref: 386292 237591) to its junction with Footpath RP-549 and Footpath RP-550 (Grid Ref: 386415 237413) which was due to expire on 12 September 2026 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 11 March 2028 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made due to a bank erosion.
Alternative route: There is no suitable alternative route available.
