TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Southampton City Council intends to make the above Order.
1. The effect of the Order will be to close Broadwater Road / Forest Hills Drive Footpath, for its entire length.
2. The Order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road. These works are for HV and LV cable install.
3. The alternative route will be Broadwater Road, Forest Hills Drive.
4. The Order will come into force on 30th September 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the completion of the works, whichever is sooner. It is expected that the works will be completed by 13th October 2026
