TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – TONGDEAN AVENUE, HOVE
- NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
(a) The temporary closure of Tongdean Avenue, Hove at property number sixty-one for approximately fifty metres.
- The Order is necessary to enable contractors to carry out works to install a new sewer connection.
- Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a signed diversion route will be in place for vehicular traffic.
- This Order comes into force on 28th September 2026 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 17th October 2026.
