CYNIGION TRAFFIG NEWYDD AR GYFER DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD

Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd a Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013, Gorchymyn Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Canllawiau ar Lefelau Taliadau) (Cymru) 2013 a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Mae natur y cyfyngiadau a theitlau’r gorchmynion arfaethedig hefyd wedi eu disgrifio yn yr Atodlen honno.

Atodlen

1. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2026 (Diwygiad Rhif 17) 2026 yn cynnig eich atal rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg yn:

a) Hen Ffordd Fynediad Tafarn Pennsylvania ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Brynfedw am 24 metr i’r de-orllewin ac ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o’r un gyffordd am 7 metr i’r de-orllewin.

b) Brynfedw ar ochr y gogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Circle Way West am 13 metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac ar ochr y de-orllewin o’r un gyffordd am 15 metr i’r de-ddwyrain, ac o bwynt 31 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Circle Way West am 3 metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac ar ochr y de-orllewin o bwynt 30 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o’r un gyffordd am 2 fetr i’r de-ddwyrain, ac ar ochr y de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â’r Ffordd Fynediad sy’n arwain at hen Dafarn Pennsylvania am 8 metr i’r de-ddwyrain

c) Circle Way West ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o bwynt 18 metr i’r de o’r gyffordd â Brynfedw i bwynt 16 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r un gyffordd

2. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2026 (Diwygiad Rhif 19) 2026 yn cynnig eich atal rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg yn:

a) Heol Llaneirwg ar ochr y gogledd o’r gyffordd â Heol yr Eglwys am 105 metr i’r gorllewin ac ar ochr y de o’r gyffordd â Heol y Bont am 78 metr i’r gorllewin

b) Heol yr Eglwys ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Heol Llaneirwg am 21 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain, ac ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Heol y Bont am 15 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain, ac ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â’r ffordd ddienw i gefn St Julians Forge am 9 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain

c) y ffordd ddienw i gefn St Julians Forge ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Heol yr Eglwys am 5 metr i’r de-ddwyrain

d) Heol y Bont ar ochr y dwyrain o’r gyffordd â Heol Llaneirwg am 28 metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac ar ochr y gorllewin o’r un gyffordd am 18 metr i’r de-ddwyrain

3. Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Heol Llaneirwg, Caerdydd) (Gwahardd Gyrru) 2026 yn cynnig creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd Cerbydau Modur rhag dod i mewn a theithio ar hyd Heol Llaneirwg o bwynt 450 metr i’r dwyrain o’r gyffordd â Heol Glandulais i bwynt 190 metr i’r dwyrain o’r gyffordd â Parkwall Road.

NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF

Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended), The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Guidelines on Levels of Charges) (Wales) Order 2013, and of all other enabling powers intends to impose traffic restrictions on the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below. The nature of the restrictions and the titles of the proposed orders are also described in the said Schedule.

Details of the proposals and plans showing the location and extent of the proposed restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations relating to the orders must be submitted in writing on or before 2nd October 2026 or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay.

Schedule

1. The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2026 (Amendment No 17) Order 2026 proposes to prevent you from waiting at any time in:

a) Former Pennsylvania Public House Access Road on its north west side from its junction with Brynfedw for a distance of 24 metres south west and on its south east side from the same junction for a distance of 7 metres south west.

b) Brynfedw on its north east side from its junction with Circle Way West for a distance of 13 meters south east and on its south west side from the same junction for a distance of 15 metres south east, and from a point 31 metres south east of its junction with Circle Way West for a distance of 3 metres south east and on its south west side from a point 30 metres south east of the same junction for a distance of 2 metres south east, and from its junction with the Access Road leading to the Former Pennsylvania Public House for a distance of 8 metres south east

c) Circle Way West on its south east side from a point 18 metres south of its junction with Brynfedw to a point 16 metres north east of the same junction

2. The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2026 (Amendment No 19) Order 2026 proposes to prevent you from waiting at any time in:

a) St Mellons Road on its north side from its junction with Church Road for a distance of 105 metres west and on its south side from its junction with Bridge Road for a distance of 78 metres west

b) Church Road on its north-west side from its junction with St Mellons Road for a distance of 21 metres northeast, and on its south-east side from its junction with Bridge Road for a distance of 15 metres north-east, and on its south-east side from its junction with the unnamed road to the rear of St Julians Forge for a distance of 9 metres north east

c) The unnamed road to the rear of St Julians Forge on its both sides from its junction with Church Road for a distance of 5 metres south-east

d) Bridge Road on its east side from its junction with St Mellons road for a distance of 28 metres south east and on its west side from the same junction for a distance of 18 metres south-east

3. The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (St Mellons Road, Cardiff) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 2026 proposes to make an Order the general effect of which will be to prohibit Motor Vehicles from entering and proceeding along St Mellons Road from a point 450 metres east of its junction with Heol Glandulais to a point 190 metres east of its junction with Parkwall Road.
