C52M – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C52M from junction U54M to Darnleyhill – 11.09.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate from 11.09.26 for 8 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C52M Alford from junction U54M to Darnleyhill.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow for fibre infrastructure installation works. An alternative route is available via the C52M - U54M – C56M – C123M – C52M and vice versa.
