Notice Of Variation Of Off-Street Parking Places Permit Parking Charges And Other Parking Related Charges
1. Notice Is Hereby Given that THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT intend to vary off-street and on-street parking charges under sections 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers, and to vary other parking related charges under the Local Authorities (Transport Charges) Regulations 1998 and all enabling powers.
2. With Effect From 2nd October 2026 The Parking Charges Of Off-Street Car Park Pay Charges Will Vary As Follows:-
