Derby City Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON A52 BRIAN CLOUGH WAY, DERBY
WHEN: Phase 1 – 28 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 (20:00 - 06:00) Phase 2 – 30 September 2026 to 2 October 2026 (20:00 - 06:00) WHERE: Phase 1 – A52 Brian Clough Way, Eastbound from The Pentagon to Spondon Interchange (Inclusive of adjoining slip roads). Phase 2 – A52 Brian Clough Way, Westbound from Spondon Interchange to The Pentagon (Inclusive of adjoining slip roads). REASON: Works for Highway Purposes. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Nottingham Road – Derby Road (and the same in the opposite direction).
