NOTICE OF MAKING OF PUBLIC PATH AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council, Lewknor Footpath No. 3 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2026

The Order made on 7 September 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, as shown on the Order map:-

Lewknor FP3 running from OS Grid Ref SP 70497 00786 south-eastwards for 21m to the road to Upper Copcourt Farm at SP 7050 0076 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 70497 00786 south-south-eastwards for 6m to SP 70499 00780, westwards for 5m to SP 7049 0077 and south-south-eastwards for 14m to the road to Upper Copcourt Farm at SP 7049 0076.

The Oxfordshire County Council, Radley Footpath No. 8 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2026

The Order made on 7 September 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, as shown on the Order map:-

Radley FP8 running from Radley Road at OS Grid Ref SU 5168 9851 south-south-westwards for 223m to SU 5161 9830 to a new line running Radley Road at OS Grid Ref SU 5168 9851 south-south-eastwards for 77m to SU 5168 9843, generally south-south-westwards for 98m via SU 5167 9840 to SU 5167 9840 and generally south-westwards for 73m to SU 5161 9830.

Copies of all Order documents can be obtained on request from rightsofwaylegal@oxfordshire.gov.uk.

Any representations about or objections to either of the Orders may be sent in writing to Oxfordshire County Council – Rights of Way Legal, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND or rightsofwaylegal@oxfordshire.gov.uk no later than 9 October 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
