Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Waiting And Loading Restrictions Meadow Gardens, HA8
THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate gas mains replacement works, they intend to make an Order which will temporarily introduce a length of ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of Meadow Gardens HA8 between its junction with Farm Road and up to the common property boundaries of Nos. 30 and 34 Meadow Gardens, while the works take place.
The works will commence on Monday 21st September 2026 and is expected to last for 21 days.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
