THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
The Barnet (Free Parking Places, Ev Charging Bays, Resident Parking Places, Loading Places, Waiting, Loading And Stopping Restrictions) - (Amendment No.*) Order 20** - The Barnet (Charged-For Parking Places) - (Amendment No.*) Order 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

Amendments to the on-street electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure have necessitated the relocation of an existing EV charging bay and the removal of five additional EV charging bays, with the affected sections reverting to their original parking restrictions. The general effect of the Orders is to reposition an existing EV charging bay, remove five existing EV charging bays, and reinstate the previous parking restrictions at those locations.

Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be obtained, inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing: parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk, or by writing to: The Design Team, Highways Section, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW.

Any person wishing to object to or comment on the proposed Orders should send a written statement explaining their objection/comments and quoting: Reference Number: - SCR730 to the Design Team, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW, via the Barnet TraffWeb website or via email to: parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk, within 35 days of the date of this Notice.
