(C2135 Broome Lane, Stourbridge) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2135 Broome Ln from its junction with A450 Worcester Rd to its junction with U13401 Redhall Farm Rd.

Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by MJ Quinn.

Alternative route: A450 Worcester Rd, C2061 Thicknall Ln, C2135 Broome Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 8 October 2026.

(U12010 Gould Avenue East, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12010 Gould Ave East from its junction with U12070 Lickey Grove to its junction with U12011 Ferguson Dr.

Order made: To close that part of U12160 Coventry St from its junction with U12160 Blackwell St to its junction with U12159 Waterloo St and to temporarily suspend Schedule 3 Item 1 of The Borough of Kidderminster (Various Roads) (Consolidation of One-Way Traffic, Waiting Restrictions, and Weight Restrictions) Order 1971 to allow two-way traffic on U12160 Coventry Street to enable access for residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.

Reason: New water connection by STW.

Alternative route: U12160 Blackwell St, A456 The Ringway.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 16 September 2026.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U10501 Park Ln from its junction with U10532 Snuff Mill Walk to its junction with U10507 Highclere.

Reason: New customer connection by STW.

Alternative route: B4190 Load St, B4190 Welch Gate, U10511 Sandy Bank, U10511 Wyre Hill, U10509 Birch Tree Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 7 October 2026.

(A456 Tenbury Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of A456 Tenbury Rd from its junction with B4202 Clows Top to its junction with C2193 Pound Ln.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing inc civils works over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: B4202 Worcester Rd, B4202 Pensax, B4202 Clows Top Rd, A443 Worcester Rd, A451 Stourport Rd, A451 Dunley, A451 Dunley Rd, A451 Bridge St, A451 High St, B4195 Lombard St, B4195 Bewdley Rd, B4195 Bewdley Rd North, A456 Bewdley Bypass, A456 Long Bank, A456 Callow Hill, A456 Tenbury Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (18:00-05:00) between 17 September 2026 and 30 September 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(Footpaths WC-558 & WC-560, Wolverley and Cookley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2026

Order made: To close the entire lengths of the following:

a) Footpath WC-558 from the county boundary (Grid ref: 382923, 282215) to its junction with Footpaths WC-553, WC-559 & WC-560 (Grid ref: 383092, 281577).

b) Footpath WC-560 from the county boundary (Grid ref: 383374, 282207) to its junction with Footpaths WC-553, WC-559 & WC-558 (Grid ref: 383092, 281577).

The Order has been made to facilitate tree felling and extraction work.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Alternative routes will be permissive.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 15 September 2026.

(Wyre Forest District – Stourport area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 [Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting on Stagborough Way, Stourport on Severn] and Worcestershire County Council (Stagborough Way and Elmfield Walk, Stourport on Severn) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2026

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the following lengths of road in Stourport on Severn:-

Elmfield Walk (North Side) over its entire length.

Stagborough Way (West Side) from its junction with Elmfield Walk for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

Revoke No Stopping at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the following lengths of road in Stourport on Severn:-

Stagborough Way (west side) from its junction with Almond Way in a southerly direction to its junction with Elmfield Walk.

Elmfield Walk (north side) from its junction with Stagborough Way to the end of the road.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to revoke No Waiting Mon-Fri 8:15-9.15am 2.45-3.45pm Stagborough Way (East Side) from a point 25 meters north of its junction with Elmfield Walk for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
