ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

Public Footpath No.91 (part) Parish of Mobberley

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on the following:

That length of Public Footpath No. 91 (part) in the Parish of Mobberley which commences at OS grid reference (OSGR) SJ 8067 8251 and runs in a generally north easterly direction for approx. 366m. to OSGR SJ 8093 8273.

The closure is necessary to protect the public from danger while improvement works are being carried out on or near the footpath.

The Order will come into force on 28th September 2026 and will continue in force for a period of six months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

The Order does not prevent at any time access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to the path or way affected by this Order.
