NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BLACK BULL LANE, FULWOOD, PRESTON CITY) (REVOCATION, PROHIBITION OF STOPPING ON SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR MARKINGS AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Preston Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to Item (3) of Schedule 11.040.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Preston City Area) (Revocation And Prohibition Of Stopping On School Entrance Markings) Order 2011" insofar as it relates to Item (4)b)(i) of Schedule Two.
2. Introduce a prohibition of stopping on school keep clear markings Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm in Black Bull Lane, Fulwood, the west side, from a point 27.5 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Cadley Causeway for a distance of 25.34 metres in a northerly direction.
3. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Black Bull Lane, Fulwood, the east side, from its junction with the centreline of Stratford Drive in a northerly direction for a distance 70 metres;
b) Black Bull Lane, Fulwood, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Hillpark Avenue for a distance of 62 metres in a northerly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
