NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(FOTHERGILL STREET, GUYSKYE, PRINCESS STREET AND QUEEN STREET, COLNE, PENDLE BOROUGH) (ROAD HUMPS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce the following:
1) Introduce a single speed cushion on Fothergill Street, Colne, from a point 39.79 metres south of its junction with the centreline of North Valley Road for a distance of 3 metres in a southerly direction.
The speed cushion will have a maximum height of 75mm.
2) Introduce a raised table in the following locations:
a) Princess Street, Colne, from its junction with Albert Road for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction;
b) Queen Street, Colne, from its junction with Albert Road for a distance of 9.07 metres in a northerly direction;
c) Guysyke, Colne, from its junction with Albert Road/Primet Hill for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction.
The raised tables will have a maximum height of 75mm.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan, indicating the proposal may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Pendle Borough Council, No1 Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 9LU and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
