NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BLACK BULL LANE, FULWOOD, PRESTON CITY) (ROAD HUMP AND PEDESTRIAN CROSSING)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose the following:
1. That in accordance with Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce a road hump in Black Bull Lane, Preston, from a point 37.2 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Regent Drive for a distance of 13 metres in a southerly direction.
The raised table will have a maximum height not exceeding 75 mm.
2. That in accordance with Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce a zebra crossing in Black Bull Lane, Preston, from a point 22.5 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Beacon Grove for a distance of 42.1 metres in a southerly direction.
